We are a growing community, comprised of dreamers, sailors, freedivers, scuba divers, kitesurfers, and sports enthusiasts in general, united by a passion for the sea, freedom, and good food.
Our experiences include offshore sailing and ocean crossings to new destinations, as well as relaxing weeks of sailing among familiar locations, where we can cultivate many other passions beyond sailing.

SOME SHOOTING FROM OUR DRONE
Constantly immersed in the elements and away from the noise of modern society, we are naturally drawn to stay connected in the worldchin present..
Then the lying mind calms down and, with it, its noise. So easily we are absorbed by the magic of the present momentbody.

HOW MUCH WILL THE EXTRA COSTS AMOUNT?For a 10-day experience we consider on average an extra expense of around $600 per person including (food, fuel, moorings, local taxes). We find it useful to use the "splitwise" application for managing the on-board cash and shared expenses.
-
WILL I HAVE TO BRING CASH WITH ME?YES! We strongly advise you to bring some cash with you in case the few local ATMs are out of service. We remind you that the currency in Martinique is the euro while in the Grenadines it is the Eastern Caribbean dollar.
-
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance, but it is not mandatory.
-
WILL I GET SEA SICK?Probably not, given the stability of a large catamaran. Generally, you rarely get seasick at anchor as we anchor in flat water in sheltered bays, so it is easy and comfortable to sleep, bathe and eat. However, while sailing from one spot to another it is possible to get seasick. But it's difficult to say in advance whether or not you suffer from seasickness. Don't worry, seasickness tablets are very effective! Usually after a couple of days your body will get used to the movement. Starting to drink water with baking soda might help.
-
DO I HAVE TO BECOME AN IKIGAI MEMBER TO ATTEND THIS RETREAT?YES! We are a non-profit sports association. Registration is valid for 1 year and is included in the price of this experience.
-
DO I NEED TO HAVE SAILING OR FREEDIVING EXPERIENCE?No previous sailing or freediving meditation experience is required, but you will get the most out of this experience if you are enthusiastic about learning on this trip. ùThat said, the sessions are optional... if you don't feel up to it on some days.

WHAT IS JANZU?Janzu means “peaceful river” and the purpose of a session is to relax the mind and body. By entering a state of deep relaxation it is possible to finally free ourselves from the appearance of unconscious memories and repressed emotions. Janzu therapy can be experienced as a rebirth experience. It expands our sensory perception, leading to profound states of presence.
