Naia
Yoga instructor trainer
Naia has practiced yoga consistently for 13 years. For the last 7 years she has been teaching yoga full time. 3 years in New York City and 4 years overseas. She is 900 hour RYT and began her teaching journey with the tradition 26+2 Hatha sequence in NYC. She later added on her Vinyasa training, -where she found her love for creative vinyasa flows. In 2019 she traveled from Nyc to India to complete her 300 hour.
Shortly after she ended up in Bali where competed her first Somatic Yin Yoga training.
Starting in 2021 Naia began teaching on 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher trainings. She has been the main teacher for 25 yoga in person trainings.
Naia’s approach is rooted in the belief that every student practice should truly serve the unique self and no two yogic paths are the same.
Her goal is to create a safe environment for her students where she can guide them to a deeper understanding of body, mind and soul through conscious breath and movement.
Students in Naia's class should expect to be challenged while being guided to cultivate a practice that draws in new awareness and peace. Expect to see varieties of yoga styles combined together, as well as intrigration of philosophy and somatic meditation.
