AIDA 1 - DISCOVERY FREEDIVER

Prerequisites:

• Be 18 or older (16 or 17 with parent's or guardian's consent)

• Ability to swim for at least 100m without interruption

Minimum water sessions: 1

 

This course offers a basic understanding of freediving and introductory skills such as relaxation of the body and mind, kicking, flipping and equalization techniques.
